Uriah Heep - Live is a 1973 double live album by the British rock group. In addition to a live version of the band's hit "Easy Livin'", the record includes classic live cuts such as "Sweet Lorraine", "Sunrise", and an extended live version of "July Morning". While on tour in the States, Live 73 reached #13 in the UK charts.

The original album packaging was a lavish affair, typical of the early-1970s. Being a 2LP set it was a gatefold sleeve, with centre-pages featuring photographs of the band members. A fantasic piece of Live Music.

Hab mir das Album damals von Govi-Records bestellt. Tag für Tag hab ich auf den Postler gewartet. In den 70igern waren die Wartezeiten wenn man was bestellt hat noch bissle länger. Sechs Wochen war da nichts ausergewöhnliches.
Auf jedenfall, das Warten hatte sich gelohnt. Ein Live Album dass (Rock)Geschichte schrieb. Was Heep zu dieser Zeit live ablieferte war genial. David Byrons Stimme unverwechselbar, Hensleys dominierende Hammond Orgel und Mick Box "wha wha" Gitarrenspiel wurde von der Thain/Kerlslake Rhytmus Section solide unterstützt. Im Gesamtwerk voll überzeugend gibts für mich mit July Morning das Highlight. So muss eine Live Platte klingen, da krachts dann schon ab und an mal im Gebälk :-) Wertung:******(6)
